PRICING & AVAILABILITY
Wholesale prices are subject to change without notice but confirmed order pricing will be honored. Lavley reserves the right to choose which products are available for wholesale purchase. Some SKUs sold by Lavley online may not be suitable for retail sale due to packaging, quantity available etc. All socks come prepared for retail display. Any requested changes to our standard retail presentation or packaging may incur additional costs.
Confirmed orders ship within 2-3 business days from Denver, CO via UPS Ground. For US Mainland orders, please allow 5-7 business days for delivery on all UPS ground shipments once the order is confirmed. Expedited shipping is available and may be provided upon request. Shipping fees will be added to invoices at cost.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Lavley does not accept returns unless the product is defective, damaged or an error was made by Lavley. Please notify us of any issues within five business days of delivery. Lavley products held for longer than 15 business days will not be accepted for returns. Exchanges are offered on a case by case basis. Lavley approved exchanges will incur a 15% restocking fee and shipping costs chargeable to the customer. All returns and exchanges require written approval by Lavley before the product is shipped back to Lavley.
Orders must be prepaid via credit card, PayPal or cashier’s check, or EFT. Terms available and contingent upon credit approval and order history.
INTERESTED IN SELLING OUR PRODUCTS ONLINE?
Approved brick-and-mortar customers can list Lavley products on their business website, but must adhere to our Minimum Advertised Price policy. Lavley strictly prohibits retailers from selling Lavley products on Amazon, EBay, Walmart or any other online marketplace.
All international order requests will be dealt with on a case by case basis. Additional handling and shipping fees will apply.
